To best accommodate your needs and preferences, I offer both in-person and online therapy sessions.

  • In-Person Sessions: If you prefer face-to-face interaction, we can meet in my comfortable and confidential office. This setting provides a personal touch that many find beneficial for building rapport and diving deeply into therapeutic work.

  • Online Sessions: For those who prefer the convenience of remote access or who are unable to attend in person, I offer secure and confidential online therapy. This option allows you to attend sessions from the comfort of your own home, ensuring flexibility and accessibility.

Private sessions are $120 for 60 minutes.

Funded sessions

I understand that the cost of therapy can be a significant consideration. To support access to mental health services, I offer a range of funded session options. These includes:

  • Vitae, Clearhead, TELUS and Instep. Check if your employer or insurance provider work with these companies and you will receive fully funded counselling sessions.

  • Gumboot Friday - if you are 25 and under, you will qualify for 2-4 funded sessions through gumboot Friday.

  • I can also support you to access Work and Income funding for subsidised sessions.

Couples therapy

Couples therapy is a form of therapy designed to help partners improve their relationship, resolve conflicts, and enhance emotional intimacy. It can be sought at any stage of a relationship, whether couples are dealing with a specific crisis, ongoing communication problems, or even seeking preventive care to strengthen their bond.

Couples session are typically 1.5-2 hours long and prices vary depending on time.

Sunny the therapy dog

Sunny is my loveable golden retriever, who upon request, can join us in sessions. She brings warmth and comfort to every session. With her calm and gentle nature, Sunny helps create a soothing environment, easing stress and often making it easier for clients to relax.

She is happy to sit next to you, snooze at your feet, and is just happy to see you every time.
